Israel: Free door-to-door delivery is provided. For areas outside the Green Line, a designated pick-up point option is available.

International (USA/UK): Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates based on carrier performance and customs processing.

Ziggi will make reasonable efforts to dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order they were received. If a delivery suffers a delay or can only be partially dispatched due to goods being out of stock or other reasons, Ziggi will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination, Ziggi will refund the consumer the sum paid, within a maximum of 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Ziggi at the time of registration and/or placing the order.
