We currently offer shipping to the following regions: Israel, the United States (USA), and the United Kingdom (UK).

2. Shipping Costs
Israel: Free Door-to-Door Delivery within Israel.

For areas outside the Green Line, users can choose delivery to a designated pick-up point within the Green Line area (e.g., locker or store for collection) at no additional cost.

USA & UK: Free Shipping is offered for all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom.

 

3. Delivery Time
Israel: Shipping will generally be completed within 2-4 business days from order confirmation. This estimate may be longer for distant locations and is subject to national security regulations.

International (USA & UK): Most international orders are processed and packed on the same day and generally arrive between 7-15 business days. Occasionally, shipping can take as long as 21 business days based on destination country and carrier performance.

Ziggi is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)
Taxes & Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt, depending on the destination country (USA or UK).

Receiver Liability: The receiver will be liable for such charges. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on factors such as the product's country of origin, local VAT rates, and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

 

5. Uncollected Packages (International)
In the case that your international order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay duties, taxes, or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, Ziggi will charge you for the initial shipping and handling fees, return shipping costs, and any additional administrative charges incurred for customs clearance and the return process.

Returns and exchanges are subject to Israeli law.

Within Israel: Returns and exchanges can be made via the shipping company at no additional cost.

International Shipments (USA & UK): Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
